Case study: managing a report production process

Abigail D’Amore Associates supported C Change with the development of their ‘Case for Change’ report.

We were approached by C Change - a collective of 11 schools in the North West of England - to collate, analyse and summarise a vast set of evidence and learning into a robust report that helped them make a case for change for their next steps. This included:

Production management: project managed the process including team communication, briefing and working with designer, managing timelines, managing contributors.

Data collation and analysis: audited, indexed and organised a diverse set of data that had been collected from a variety of sources. Sorted, coded and thematically analysed data.

Writing and editing: co-wrote the report with other contributors, and oversaw the proof-reading and editing process.
