Our approach

We are a small consultancy specialising in creating and consulting on participant-centred evaluations and programmes for organisations and individuals working with children and young people, particularly those experiencing social injustice.

We are deeply rooted in values of integrity, empathy, kindness and flexibility and align ourselves with like-minded individuals and organisations.

Depending on the needs of each project, I work with a small network of trusted collaborators with specialist expertise across evaluation, facilitation and creative practice. This allows me to bring together the right skills and perspectives for each piece of work, while maintaining a consistent, high-quality and relational approach.

What we offer

Strategic clarity / evaluation sprint

A short, structured strategic intervention for organisations who have done a lot, but don’t know what it’s adding up to, or what to do next. Our approach is collaborative, not extractive and is focussed on helping people to think clearly, learn effectively and make better decisions. This is for organisations or individuals who:

Collective Learning and Programme Development Workshop

A facilitated workshop designed to help groups of organisations work through complex challenges, align their thinking and identify clear next steps. We help groups think deeply and move forward on complex challenges. This is for:

A medium to long term evaluation and learning delivery partnership for organisations who want to move beyond reporting, and instead understand, strengthen and evolve their work for greater impact. I would work with you as a learning partner embedded alongside your organisation. This is particularly for organisations who:

Ongoing access to strategic support, reflection and evaluation expertise providing a trusted thinking partner to help you sense-check decisions, solve challenges and keep your work moving forward. This is for organisations who:

  • Have some evaluation and learning processes in place

  • Occasionally get stuck, need input or want reassurance

  • Don’t need (or can’t afford) a full evaluation partnership

  • Want regular access to expertise, confidence and reassurance
